Register Now for Emory's Summer Camp & Learning Expo

 

Early Bird Registration:

Early bird registration is open now through December 18th for Emory's Annual Summer Camp & Learning Expo 2018. Registering early allows programs one week of online promotion on The Emory WorkLife website free of charge during the month of March. The Emory WorkLife Resource Center's website (www.worklife.emory.edu) is a highly visible website to those inside and outside of Emory, giving your summer camp & learning program a great opportunity for maximum exposure. General registration is from December 19th through January 19th.

General registration includes:

On campus parking in any visitor lot for one vehicle on the day of the event, one table in the exhibit hall, snacks/beverages, and a light lunch. Registration fees for the Emory Camp & Learning Expo are non-refundable.

 

Early Bird Registration: (11/10/2017-12/18/2017) - $60.00
General Registration: (12/19/2017-01/19/2018) - $60.00
Late Registration: (01/20/2018-01/29/2018) - $80.00

 

Note: Registration is not considered complete until a registration fee has been paid.

 

 

Soaring Emory Eagle Promotional Packet

 

The Emory WorkLife Resource Center is offering participating programs an exciting opportunity to spotlight their offerings through a variety of on campus communications throughout the summer. The Soaring Emory Eagle Promotional Packet cost $25.00 and includes:

 


• A targeted email to all registered Emory guests of Emory's Summer Camp & Learning

  Expo. This email will spotlight the list of camps participating in this exclusive offer.


• A targeted email to HR Reps at the university that can be forwarded to faculty and

  staff within their department, who are looking to secure summer plans for their

  children. This email will be sent one time in March and April.


• The Emory WorkLife Resource Center will post a list of camps that participates in

   this exclusive offer on it's webpage from the beginning of March through mid-June

   2018.


• The list of participating programs will be published twice (March & April) in Emory

   University’s “News You Can Use”, an internal campus-wide electronic newsletter.
